What the plant is like
Expect dense, frosty flowers. Weedmaps describes heavily frosted buds, dark green with flashes of purple or pink and bright pistils under the resin; SeedFinder says they are usually vibrant green but can develop purple hues; and Crop King describes compact buds with a mint-green hue.1,2,3 AllBud differs, describing fluffy, olive-green buds with thin yellow-orange hairs.6
What to watch for
Humidity is the warning in the sources. Weedmaps says the plant is sensitive to high humidity, especially once the buds have formed, while Seed Supreme calls its feminized version resistant to pests and diseases, a claim about its own seeds.1,4 The original is hard to come by: SeedFinder says LA Kush Cake is no longer listed on Seed Junky’s website, which suggests it is not currently available as seed or clone.2
Seeds and the law in the US
Under the amended federal definition of hemp, viable seeds from cannabis plants above 0.3% total THC, including THCA, are not hemp.7 Congress delayed that exclusion, with most of the new definition, from Nov 12 to Dec 11, 2026; only the exclusion of products with cannabinoids the plant cannot produce naturally starts on Nov 12.7,8 Home cultivation rules are set by each state. This site does not sell seeds.
